Refund & Cancellation Policy
At zemove, every poster is specially crafted after an order is placed, which means we cannot accept cancellations once an order is confirmed.
Refunds are not offered. However, we provide a free replacement in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The design received is different from what was ordered.
For replacement to be valid:
- An unboxing video is compulsory.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
If these conditions are met, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
